A bonus of 10 hours (600 minutes) is granted to registered users who have used the bicycle for more than 40 hours during a calendar month. The bonus is awarded at the beginning of the following month***.

Note: The rented bicycle must be returned within the specified period, and failure to do so will result in fines.
If the bicycle is not returned within a maximum of 12 hours (from the expiration of the return period, i.e., 12:00 AM), it is considered a suspicion of bicycle theft, and the authorities will be notified.
