Renting a Sibiu BikeCity bike is simple! You can rent a bike with your smartphone after logging into your account. Register here if you do not have an account.
Did you purchase a plan at a kiosk? Connect it to the app by using the info from the card you used in your purchase.
Locating bike stations
The system has 49 stations in 44 different locations. Access the system map from your smart device to see which is the closest one to your current position, as well as those near your destination. Discover bike sharing stations in neighborhoods of interest, follow how many bikes and docks are free and plan the most convenient two-wheeled trip for you!
Unlocking a bike
Unlock a bike by using the app! You can do this through two different methods:
- Scan the QR code of the bike using your smart device’s camera, and it will unlock automatically.
- Select a station on the map and select the “Unlock bike” button. You will receive a 5 number code which you will have to press into the dock. Your bike will unlock after the code is confirmed.
